How to Look Amazing

   1. Get your sleep pattern set. Try for at least eight hours of uninterrupted slumber. Keep your bed setup simple, a few comfortable pillows, clean sheets, quilts/blankets/comforters that make you feel nice and warm, not weighed down. The room should smell nice and mild so the awful smell will not bother you when you're trying to fall asleep. If you have serious trouble falling asleep, try some chamomile & lavender tea, or Celestial Seasonings' Extra Sleepytime tea will work just as well.

    2. Get up at least 1.5 hours before you have to leave for school/work, get on a treadmill/go outside and jog for about 30 minutes. It will help you feel wide awake faster.

    3. Make sure you remember to have good hygiene. Wash and condition hair with shampoo for your hair type, brush your teeth, and lastly use a facial wash to gently exfoliate your face. Use adequate products.

    4. If you really want to wear makeup (not always necessary), use concealer for any blemishes, but do not rub it on like lotion. Take a cotton swab, rub it with concealer, and dab the discolored area until hidden. Then foundation (if you really have to) and powder. If you have the multicolored mineral powder, that's the best, but otherwise, find the color that is closest to your skin tone. Use a brush or a bodied pouf to apply an even layer (flat poufs make things look cakey.) Then, the eyes...if you have gorgeous, thick lashes, leave them alone. If they're straight and long, curl them, sparing yourself the pain of mascara. However, if you must use mascara, find a waterproof one that is a shade darker than your lashes and apply sparingly. Eyeliner should match the color of the mascara, Make sure the point is fine and then carefully dot along the lashes. Do not draw a straight line! For the lips, apply a light amount of a pretty pink or clear lipgloss. Just dont apply to much and stay away from sparkles.Be sure to also exfoliate your lips daily for enhanced softness.

    5. Eat healthy. If you have acne prone skin, don't worry about avoiding excess oily, sweet, or spicy food, because there is no link found between them and acne, BUT if you feel that they hinder your skin's natural beauty, then stay away. If you eat foods that are high in glycemic index, you might stress the pimples more. But if you will drink the appropriate amount of water every day your skin will be acne free! Just don't make it a chore! Eat foods (grains) such as whole wheat bread and brown rice. Try to orient your diet towards a variety of foods that will offer natural antitoxins (blueberries, strawberries, or oranges). Note that an EXCESS of any one food, however, is bad for you and could lead to micomineral deficiency and serious illness.

    6. Do not starve yourself. Starvation leads to the body's natural instinct of hoarding fat, making you fatter when you eventually begin eating again. Instead, eat more protein and complex carbohydrates (this does not mean they should make up your entire diet, though)
.
    7. During each weekend, allow at least half of a day to personal grooming. Apply a deep conditioning masque to your hair to repair any damage. Do a facial masque to deep clean your pores and once a month or so, get/do a manicure/pedicure. Note that over-excess of nail polish is not recommended due to the amount of damage it does to your skin, especially the cuticle area.

    8. Go shopping. Keep in your closet at least four tops and two pairs of pants that are of a nondescript nature so that if you wear them on Monday and Thursday, no one will recognize them. Note that the set nondescript clothes should be changed at least once every two months. Then, go shopping like crazy - as long as you will actually wear what you bought. However, keep in mind how you would like to come across to other people. If you go for the simple and sophisticated look, don't get a clownish top with culottes to match.

    9. Keep at least two warm jackets and one coat that is fashionably acceptable. also keep a fancy black shirt and a fancy black dress handy for formal events. (Also, consider getting a semi-formal to formal non-black, non-white outfit for weddings.)

    10. Own two pairs of comfortable, presentable shoes at least, one pair of running, one fancy black, and the rest... up to you.

    11. Always smile and be happy. You should love and accept yourself always.

    12. Wear eye catching colors in shirts or purses.

    * Drink lots of water and eat fruits, but don't go on a diet
    * Exercise at least three times a week for 30 minutes each time. Not only will this keep you in shape, it will also eliminate stress and keep you looking younger. Dont back out.

    * Feel comfortable in whatever you wear. The better you feel, the better you'll look. If you don't feel comfortable then it doesn't look that good. Feel comfortable and people well be asking "Wow. Nice outfit!Where did you get it from?"
    * Feel confident and beautiful do whatever feels right.

    * Smile just don't over smile. Always have on a cute or sexy little smile
so people will feel the same .
    * Find a color that suites your skin tone. Tan people mostly go with yellow or dark blue. Darker tan goes with a bright color like orange and white. Lighter colors go with pink and purple. Find your right color.
