1. Make them a priority.

If you come home from work and you mope around and say how tired you are, and that you can't help or put a smile on because you are so tired, then a friend calls and invites you to play sports, go shopping, etc. and suddenly you have the energy and the right attitude, you are going to send the wrong message to the people you claim to love. So, if you want to show your love for family, when you are with them make them see how much you enjoy being with them. They need to be a priority, a priority over sleep, friends, even work.

How to Be The Best You Can


  1. Always think that you can overcome the hardship. Keep thinking the positive thoughts and tell yourself that you can decimate your task with ease. You are better than it. You always will be, and you'll only get stronger.


   2. Bring out the big picture. Think about what you will be and feel like if you accomplish your goal. Keep trying to think thoughts that will push you towards the finish line, and remember to only think about the good things that will happen. If a negative thought gets into your mind, do your best to turn it around and find the positive again.

CAMBRIDGE - Bank-bank di Britain didakwa cuba menyembunyikan kelemahan nombor pengenalan peribadi (PIN) yang terdapat pada kad kredit dan debit, lapor sebuah akhbar semalam.

Dakwaan itu dibuat selepas seorang saintis Universiti Cambridge, Omar Chaodary membuat pendedahan mengenai kelemahan tersebut dalam tesis sarjana falsafahnya (PhD).

Sistem cip dan PIN yang diperkenalkan pada 2006, bertujuan untuk mengurangkan penipuan kad kerana pencuri tidak dapat menggunakan kad yang dicuri tanpa mengetahui nombor PIN.

Namun, Omar mula mengkaji kelemahan sistem itu selepas ramai pengguna mengadu kad mereka dicuri dan nombor PIN mereka telah digunakan.

KUALA LUMPUR - Kadar caruman berkanun Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) bahagian pekerja dinaikkan semula kepada 11 peratus daripada lapan peratus berkuat kuasa gaji Januari 2011.

Wanita tunjukkan ciri kewanitaan mudah naik pangkat

RICHMOND, Amerika Syarikat (AS) - Satu kajian yang dilakukan para penyelidik Universiti George Mason di Virginia mendapati wanita yang menunjukkan ciri-ciri kewanitaan mudah dinaikkan pangkat, lapor sebuah akhbar semalam.

Kajian itu melibatkan personaliti 80 orang remaja lelaki dan wanita selepas lapan tahun mereka belajar dalam bidang sarjana pentadbiran perniagaan di universiti tersebut.

Para penyelidik itu mendapati wanita yang lebih bersifat kewanitaan mudah dinaikkan pangkat berbanding wanita yang bersikap agresif.

Menurut kajian itu, pengurus wanita yang mengawal diri mereka dengan baik lebih mudah dinaikkan pangkat.

To stop increasing your vocabulary is to stunt your intellectual growth. But to continue to grow intellectually as long as you remain alive with the momentum that your weeks of hard work have provided will not be at all difficult.

Save a Friendship


"Friends are like stars. You don't always see them but you know they are there." Once said by someone wise, this quote sums up how easy it is to take a friendship for granted, and yet, just as stars fade away, so do friendships from time to time. Whether it's because your circumstances have changed, time has passed and eroded commonalities, or something has been said or done that has spoiled things between you, it's sad and often painful to experience a fading or dying friendship.

If you believe that it's worth trying to save your friendship, then it is worth it. The only time it's not worth trying is when you've stopped believing in the friendship. So, if you're still stirred by a friendship that has given you priceless moments, unconditional love, and treasured memories, at least give saving the friendship a chance. While problems are inevitable, if both of you see the value in saving the friendship, focusing on fixing things may just be effective, and your friendship may even come through this trial better and stronger than before.

How to Maintain Your Health


  1.Know how our health can be harmed. There are mainly three factors that harm us, micro organisms[microbes], malnutrition and injuries. The microbes use our body for satisfying their needs. This eventually harms our body as it starts to run out of vital cells and nutrients, we fall sick. There are times when we might even receive a life long effect or damage. Our body has it's defence mechanism against diseases that consists of special cells that are assigned only in the destruction and disposal of such microbes. 

They require different nutrients. The second factor is malnutrition. Our body requires different substances for it's complete functioning. Apart from building cells, it also produces substances like gold. Scientists do not know how or why the body produces such substances. But it appears that they are vital. In order to produce these, the body needs the required nutrients that can be supplied only through a proper meal. The third factor is physical injuries which can only be avoided, not always prevented.


   2. What you need. The basics that everybody says. proper food and exercise. But this article is meant to give the details.

   3.Get the food you need. It's absolutely correct that you are what you eat. which means that if you want to stay healthy then you must eat healthy. Eating healthy means eating proper food. Meals must be properly cooked and must supply the nutrients your body needs. Accordingly, the food must always be properly cooked in every form and salads should be thoroughly clean in order to avoid entry of harmful bacterias and fungus. 
 
The second thing is the nutritional value. Your food must contain calories but only to the amount you can burn. Your meals must also contain: green vegetables, nuts, onions, grains and yogurt. These must be had every day. The green vegetables enrich the blood and help the hemoglobin. They have large amounts of minerals and protect against diseases. The nuts are nothing but concentrated fats and minerals, making them the ideal breakfast munchies. Onions are not so tasty but they help in purification of the system. 

They protect against asthma and stomach cancer. The grains and yogurt help in the digestion as they provide fibres and enzymes for the body. The fruits are the second thing to keep in mind. Fruits are best had in the very season that they ripen in. - eg: oranges ripen in winters and provide vitamin C which prevents the damage to the skin that is caused by the cold and dry weather. 




   4. Drink water. Water, water everywhere. Yes, water. and that though plenty of it. A recent scientific research has also stated that healthy people must drink at least 8 glasses[250ml] of water. This simple procedure purifies your immune system from all impurities and therefore helps fight pimples. It purifies by removing the toxins that trigger stress and other harmful emotions.

   5. Exercise. After all that eating, you need to went it out. All this energy can get accumulated if not used properly and dieting can not control it. The only way is to exercise if you don't have a job that can drain your energy. This is important and the only solution to obesity. Apart from the gym, try doing exercises that strengthen the muscles. These can be learned from any body builder or wrestler. If you are unable to do any exercise, then certainly do start to walk. Don't jog or walk fast, simply walk at your comfort level. This will also help you mentally.

   6. Get some sun. When they say that sunlight is important for all life forms, they mean that every life form requires sunlight even if they do not perform photosynthesis. Our body requires vitamin D which it will produce on it's own when the skin comes in contact with sunlight. The best time for sitting in the Sun is during the start and end of winter.

   7. Reduce stress. This point does need a highlight. Some people who are prone to stress or have a tension filled life must stop. If you are one of them, then stop this schedule right now. All efforts will go waste[even this article] if you take stress. Stress can be curbed by the one hour walk suggested above. But the first step will be to take a leave for at least 2 days. Then you should start walking and during this break, forget work. Nice excuse but very important because stress can cause a lot of harm. A lot. If you really are stress prone, do consult a doctor.

   8.No Risk. When it comes to health, never take a risk. The value of health is most understood when you loose it. So don't risk it.

    * Try to follow as much as you can and at your pace.
    * Try to change your schedule and food slowly.
    * Try to constitute most of your meals with your regional food[where you have been living for the past few years] even when traveling. Because some meals are suitable for only the natives of the region, not you.

10 Sifat Suami Yang Baik

1. Kuat amalan agamanya.Menjaga solat fardhu, kerap berjemaah dan solat pada awal waktu. Auratnya juga sentiasa dipelihara dan memakai pakaian yang sopan. Sifat ini boleh dilihat terutama sewaktu bersukan.

2. Akhlaknya baik, iaitu seorang yang nampak tegas, tetapi sebenarnya seorang yang lembut dan mudah bertolak ansur. Pertuturannya juga mesti sopan, melambangkan peribadi dan hatinya yang mulia.

3. Tegas mempertahankan maruahnya. Tidak berkunjung ke tempat-tempat yang boleh menjatuhkan kredibilitinya.

Every married man wishes to have a good wife. Many people advice the new bride to be a good wife to her husband. But what are the makings of a good or perfect wife? Many women do not know. Many of the qualities of a good wife are already inbuilt in a person and the rest can be developed.

1) Be pleasant: It is said that ‘we need to treat others the way we want ourselves to be treated.’ Never be rude to our husband, family and friends. Be warm, kind, positive, understanding and friendly. Work to be pleasant toward your husband. Don’t be one of those people who make everyone around you feel bad just because you’ve had a hard day. Welcome your husband with a smile when he comes home instead of a sour face. A good wife honors her hubby by keeping a pleasant tone in her voice, a happy smile on her face and a neat and clean appearance. Listen to him talk about his day especially if it was a difficult one. If you don't like how you partner treats you, take a minute to notice how you treat your partner and correct your behavior.

How to Appreciate What You Have


Appreciation. The dictionary's definition of appreciation is: the recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something; a gratitude for something.

Thanksgiving season's turkey dinners, pumpkin pie and football games are simple reminders to us to appreciate all that we have in our lives. While we tend to be more appreciative of what we have during the holidays, especially at Thanksgiving, learning to appreciate what you have on a daily basis is a great way to start out every morning of your life.

Try to incorporate these steps into your daily life and appreciate what you have.

    Appreciate your good health. When that nagging knee pain is beginning to really bother you or when you wake up with a stiff neck from laying in bed the wrong way, remember to appreciate that you can physically still get around, still do things for yourself despite these little setbacks. It's human nature to complain about little physical problems in your life. Yet nothing puts all your physical problems into perspective more than when you see someone quite physically disabled in a wheelchair, so much more worse off than you are. So the next time that nagging pain becomes too much, think of those who are constantly in pain and perhaps can not even walk. By comparison, you pain may not seem so bad.

  2. Home dwelling
    Appreciate your home dwelling. Regardless if you live in a small loft three stories up, an apartment with only one bedroom or in a home with six bedrooms, remember that home is truly what you make of it, and any place can be home, as long as your loved ones are around you and your life is full of enjoyment. Visit any large city, even mid-sized cities these days, and you can often find homeless people. Appreciate the warmth of your home during the winter months. We often complain about the cold and the snow, yet most of us only deal with the bad weather one-tenth the time a homeless person deals with the bad weather. Give thanks above the next time you come in from the cold to your warm, humble abode.

We've all heard our Mothers, at sometime in our youth tell us - eat your dinner, people in Africa are starving and would be happy for your brussel sprouts. Not being a big fan of brussel sprouts, I still doubt that statement. But I understood what my Mother was trying to tell me. The only thing more worse than being without a home is being without food. Mealtime is something many of us take for granted. Say a simple thank you, to everyone in the room or to yourself, the next time you are seated at the dinner table and have a big meal in front of you.

    Appreciate your job. Without your job, the three appreciations above would greatly suffer. Everyone gets the Monday morning blues. "Why can't I be financially set and not have to go to work?" We often wonder. Yet when faced with a surprise layoff, most of us are absolutely devastated by the prospect of not going to that job we hated not all that long ago. Working gives us more than just money to eat and live or health insurance to survive. It gives us structure and substance. During this time of great economic distress, be appreciative of your job. Become excited to come into work on Monday morning, not depressed or maniac 'cuz it's Monday.

  5. good family
    And finally, appreciate your family and friends. Many of us are surrounded by loving family members and caring friends, and we often forget about our neighbor down the street who never gets any visitors, or a family member who is laid up with an illness. Take an extra hour out of your day to visit those who are not as fortunate as you to have family and friends that care for them and visit with them. You can't imagine how just a 10 minute visit from you will break up what can be a very long, lonely day. Even a simple phone conversation can fill the void for those who do not have many family or friends.

    Many of us have been in a position where we think we will have forever to visit a friend or a loved-one. Then the unexpected happens. That person passes away. And we spend many months kicking ourselves for not visiting with them when we had the opportunity. Appreciate everyone in your life, for we do not know what tomorrow may bring any of us.

Rahsia Perkahwinan Dalam Islam

Dalam Islam, perkahwinan adalah suatu ibadat dan sunnah Rasulullah s.a.w. yang merupakan perlaksanaan terhadap tuntutan fitrah manusia.Orang yang berkahwin akan dapat mengatur suatu kehidupan yang baik, sempurna, dan penuh bertanggungjawab. Mereka ini adalah golongan yang berjaya melaksanakan amanah yang diberi, iaitu sebagai khalifah Allah yang mempertahankan peradaban dan tamadun manusia.

Orang berkahwin bertanggungjawab secara keseluruhannya terhadap rumah tangga dan ahli keluarga. Segala perbuatan yang dilakukan demi kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan keluarga mendapat pahala daripada Allah.




Perkahwinan merupakan suatu sunnah Rasulullah s.a.w bagi meneruskan dakwahnya mengatasi masalah sosial dalam masyarakat, mewujudkan perpaduan di kalangan umat Islam untuk melahirkan generasi yang soleh.

Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w

"Daripada Anas r.a, katanya telah bersabda nabi S.A.W bahawa perkahwinan adalah sunnahku, sesiapa yang benci sunnahku, maka dia bukan dari golonganku."

Allah S.W.T menjadikan manusia dengan fitrahnya yang ingin hidup berpasang-pasangan, berkasih-sayang, bahagia, dan dapat memenuhi tuntutan syahwatnya melalui cara yang halal. Fitrah tersebut dapat dilaksanakan melalui ikatan perkahwinan yang sah.

CARA MENJAGA KEMALUAN WANITA


1) Adalah disyorkan agar membersihkan bahagian luar selepas buang air kecil atau air besar,seeloknya menggunakan air.

2) Ketika haid,wanita dinasihatkan kerap menukar tuala wanita terutama pada hari-hari yang banyak darah.Ini kerana darah merupakan media yang sesuai untuk kuman membiak.  Bagi wanita yang menggunakan tampon mereka perlu ingat untuk menukarkannya.

3) Seluar dalam perlu ditukar setiap hari dan pada hari-hari mengalami keputihan, lebih baik memakai panty liner supaya ia tidak melekat pada pakaian dalam yang menyebabkan ketidakselesaan.

4) Elakkan dari menggunakan sabun atau menyapu shower gel pada alat kelamin kerana ia mungkin menyebabka n kekeringan dan iritasi kulit dan menjadi gatal. Sesetengah wanita sensitive dan alah pada pewangi dan buih sabun.

5) Pasangan suami isteri diggalakkan membersih alat kelamin dengan air sebelum dan selepas hubungan kelamin untuk kebersihan yang optimum. Amalkan membuang air kecil lebih kurang setengah jam selepas hubungan seks untuk mengurankan risiko jangkitan kuman pada pundi kencing.

6) Elakkan dari sering mengamalkan douching iatu iatu memasukkan jari atau pancutan ke dalam faraj dengan dengan tujuan membersihkan bahagian dalam faraj. Perbuatan ini akan menyingkirkan sejenis bacteria loctobacili dari faraj di samping mendedahkan faraj dan bahagian luar kemaluan kepada bahan kimia yang boleh mengakibatkan iritasi kulit.


7) Selain dari itu,bengkak nanah dikaitkan dengan jangkitan kuman dan pesakit mengadu sakit serta demam.Rawatan adalah secara incisional dan drainage untuk menggeluarkan nanah dan pengambilan antibiotic. Bisul juga boleh terjadi pada wanita yang sering bercukur.  Oleh itu kebersihan pencukur perlu dititikberatkan. Wanita yang mengalami keputihan dengan penjagaan alat sulit seharusnya perlu tahu membezakan antara keputihan biasa dan yang berpenyakit. Keputihan normal boleh berlaku pada waktu waktu berikut seperti beberapa hari sebelum haid, ketika ghairah seks, kehamilan dan klimakterik ataupun selepas menopause.

9) Kebanyakan wanita sebenarnya tidak memerlukan produk atau ubat penjagaan alat kelamin sekiranya langkah-langkah yang disarankan di atas diikut dengan bijak. Ubat hanya perlu diambil bagi merawat jangkitan kuman dan keputihan yang tidak normal.

10) Seelok-eloknya wanita yang mengalami masalah keputihan dinasihatkan berjumpa doctor untuk mendapatkan pengesahan sama ada ia berpenyakit atau tidak, supaya rawatan dapat diberikan sebelum penyakit lebih serius.

11) Tanda-tanda keputihan yang berpenyakit termasuklah pertukaran warna dari jernih,putih kekuningan atau kehijauan atau berdarah.Sekiranya keputihan terlalu banyak, berketul-ketul kecil,gatal dan berbau,tanda-tanda bengkak,pedih atau sakit pada alat kelamin. Sekiranya jangkitan merebak ke pangkal rahim atau system peranakan,wanita akan mengadu sakit pada bahagian bawah abdomen serta demam.

12) Segelintir wanita berasa selesa dan puas apabila mereka membersih dan merawat alat kelamin dengan produk yang berada di pasaran. Mereka dinasihatkan memikirkan bahan pencuci yang tidak mendatangkan kesan sampingan,yang tidak mengubah ph faraj dan telah diuji kebersihannya.

In high school, he and a pal bought a pinball machine to pun in a barbershop. With the money they earned, they bought more machines until they had eight in different shops. When the friends sold the venture, Warren Buffett used the proceeds to buy stocks and to start another small business. By age 26, he'd amassed $174,000 -- or $1.4 million in today's money. Even a small sum can turn into great wealth.

2. Be Willing To Be Different: Don't base your decisions upon what everyone is saying or doing. When Warren Buffett began managing money in 1956 with $100,000 cobbled together from a handful of investors, he was dubbed an oddball. He worked in Omaha, not Wall Street, and he refused to tell his parents where he was putting their money. People predicted that he'd fail, but when he closed his partnership 14 years later, it was worth more than $100 million. Instead of following the crowd, he looked for undervalued investments and ended up vastly beating the market average every single year. To Warren Buffett, the average is just that -- what everybody else is doing. to be above average, you need to measure yourself by what he calls the Inner Scorecard, judging yourself by your own standards and not the world's.

3. Never Suck Your Thumb: Gather in advance any information you need to make a decision, and ask a friend or relative to make sure that you stick to a deadline. Warren Buffett prides himself on swiftly making up his mind and acting on it. He calls any unnecessary sitting and thinking "thumb sucking." When people offer him a business or an investment, he says, "I won't talk unless they bring me a price." He gives them an answer on the spot.

4. Spell Out The Deal Before You Start: Your bargaining leverage is always greatest before you begin a job -- that's when you have something to offer that the other party wants. Warren Buffett learned this lesson the hard way as a kid, when his grandfather Ernest hired him and a friend to dig out the family grocery store after a blizzard. The boys spent five hours shoveling until they could barely straighten their frozen hands. Afterward, his grandfather gave the pair less than 90 cents to split. Warren Buffett was horrified that he performed such backbreaking work only to earn pennies an hour. Always nail down the specifics of a deal in advance -- even with your friends and relatives.

5. Watch Small Expenses: Warren Buffett invests in businesses run by managers who obsess over the tiniest costs. He one acquired a company whose owner counted the sheets in rolls of 500-sheet toilet paper to see if he was being cheated (he was). He also admired a friend who painted only on the side of his office building that faced the road. Exercising vigilance over every expense can make your profits -- and your paycheck -- go much further.

6. Limit What You Borrow: Living on credit cards and loans won't make you rich. Warren Buffett has never borrowed a significant amount -- not to invest, not for a mortgage. He has gotten many heart-rendering letters from people who thought their borrowing was manageable but became overwhelmed by debt. His advice: Negotiate with creditors to pay what you can. Then, when you're debt-free, work on saving some money that you can use to invest.

7. Be Persistent: With tenacity and ingenuity, you can win against a more established competitor. Warren Buffett acquired the Nebraska Furniture Mart in 1983 because he liked the way its founder, Rose Blumkin, did business. A Russian immigrant, she built the mart from a pawnshop into the largest furniture store in North America. Her strategy was to undersell the big shots, and she was a merciless negotiator. To Warren Buffett, Rose embodied the unwavering courage that makes a winner out of an underdog.

8. Know When To Quit: Once, when Warren Buffett was a teen, he went to the racetrack. He bet on a race and lost. To recoup his funds, he bet on another race. He lost again, leaving him with close to nothing. He felt sick -- he had squandered nearly a week's earnings. Warren Buffett never repeated that mistake. Know when to walk away from a loss, and don't let anxiety fool you into trying again.

9. Assess The Risk: In 1995, the employer of Warren Buffett's son, Howie, was accused by the FBI of price-fixing. Warren Buffett advised Howie to imagine the worst-and-bast-case scenarios if he stayed with the company. His son quickly realized that the risks of staying far outweighed any potential gains, and he quit the next day. Asking yourself "and then what?" can help you see all of the possible consequences when you're struggling to make a decision -- and can guide you to the smartest choice.

10. Know What Success Really Means: Despite his wealth, Warren Buffett does not measure success by dollars. In 2006, he pledged to give away almost his entire fortune to charities, primarily the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He's adamant about not funding monuments to himself -- no Warren Buffett buildings or halls. "I know people who have a lot of money," he says, "and they get testimonial dinners and hospital wings named after them. But the truth is that nobody in the world loves them. When you get to my age, you'll measure your success in life by how many of the people you want to have love you actually do love you. That's the ultimate test of how you've lived your life."
